RADON
TESTING
Benchmark Labs is approved the Ohio
Department of Health to conduct radon
measurements for both homeowner information
and real estate transactions. License # RT481.
We use an approved continuous monitor that
will give 48 individual hourly reports of
the radon level in the house. When the test
is concluded we print out the report and
provide it to the person who ordered the
report, with an overall average of the 48
hour test.
For real estate transactions sellers are
required to sign a non-interference
agreement prior to testing, stating that al
doors and windows were closed 24 prior to
inspection.
